Managing Partner
An actuary qualified by the French Institute of Actuaries and an ESSEC graduate, Sylvestre KONIN has worked at AXA and Odyssey-Re in Paris, at CNPS in Côte d’Ivoire, and at Suisse-Ré across West and Central Africa. He founded Actu Conseil, where he serves as Managing Partner, and is Secretary General of the Ivorian Institute of Actuaries (IACI).
Administrative and Finance Manager, Training Lead
Since 2013, Gilbert Aboli DJEVIE has served as Actu Conseil’s Administrative and Finance Manager and Training Lead. A consultant, trainer and business executive with more than 15 years of experience, he has contributed to seminars and management consulting assignments in Côte d’Ivoire and Burundi.
Actuarial Studies Officer
Mélanie ALLOUA EBAH graduated from the Higher Studies in Insurance programme (HEA) at the École Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises (ESCAE) and from the Félix Houphouët-Boigny National Polytechnic Institute (INP-HB) in Yamoussoukro. She joined Actu Conseil’s technical department as an Actuarial Studies Officer in 2013.
Business Development Manager
Since 2013, Olga Patricia ZOUZOUA has worked as Business Development Manager alongside Actu Conseil’s General Management. She also holds a degree in marketing management from IFPG in Abidjan.
Actuary, Life and Non-Life Insurance Reserve Audit
Rodrigue Ansah OFFOUMOU holds a master’s degree in actuarial science from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. Since March 2016, he has been responsible for auditing life and non-life insurance reserves at Actu Conseil. He is also a member of the Belgian Institute of Actuaries (IABE).
Actuarial Studies Officer
Kouassi Koffi has worked as an Actuarial Studies Officer at Actu Conseil since February 2004. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Business and Distribution Techniques (INSTEC) in Abidjan.
